सारस्वत-निकेतनाख्या संस्कृतसेवासरणिः पूज्यगुरुपादैः कीर्तिशेषैः राष्ट्राधीशपुरस्कृतैः देवानन्दझावर्य्यैः प्रातस्मरणीयैः स्वनामधन्यैः राष्ट्राधीशपुरस्कृतैः तुलानन्दाऽपरनामनारायणझावर्य्यैश्च उद्घाटिता विद्यावाचस्पत्युपाधिभाक्-सदानन्दझाऽनुगता एषा सरणिः बिपिनझाद्वारा संस्कृतानुरागिसहयोगैः विविधेषु रूपेषु संस्कृतप्रचार-प्रसाराय सन्नद्धा वर्तते| तेषु रूपेषु एवायं प्रबन्धः जाह्नवी संस्कृत ई जर्नल नाम्ना विश्वेऽस्मिन् प्रथितः।श्रुत्युपनिषदां विमल-विचारसारेण अशेषभुवस्तले मुक्तिपथं प्रकाशयन्ती साक्षात्कृतधर्मणां सिद्धवाचां महर्षीणां चिन्तन-मननं निदधती मानवीयजीवनमूल्यानि समुदारचेतसा सर्वेभ्यः सस्नेहं प्रयच्छन्ती अनवद्याभिर्विविधकलाभिः समेषां मनोविनोदयन्तीधियञ्च पुष्णन्ती देवी वागीयं देशविदेशे च प्रीतिसम्मानभाजनं विद्यतेतरामिति नाविदितं विदुषाम्। इयमस्ति भारतीयसंस्कृतिसभ्यतयोरुत्सः, सदाचारविचाराणां शेवधिः विविधशास्त्राणां रत्नाकरः इति न प्रयत्नप्रतिपादनीयम्। प्रागैतिहासकालादारभ्य अधुनावधि विश्वविपश्चितां मानसकमलमध्यास्य वीणां निनादयन्ती ज्ञानालोकं प्रसारयन्ती प्रतिकूलवाताहतापि सुरगवीयं दिव्यज्ञानामृतं प्रदाय हर्षवर्षं निरन्तरं कुरुतेतराम्। “संस्कृतेश्चत्वारोऽधयाया” इति राष्ट्रभाषानिबद्धे बैदुष्यपूर्णे ग्रन्थे राष्ट्रकविर्दिनकरः भाषामेतामादाय स्वविचारं प्रकाशयन् आह- भारतस्य यत् किमपि मौलिकं चिन्तनं सत्यं शिवं सुन्दरं च तत्त्वमस्ति तत् सर्वं प्राक् संस्कृतभाषायामेवाभिव्यक्तिमगात्। तदनूदितमेव सर्वं तदितरभारतीयभाषासु दृष्टिपथमायाति। वस्तुतोऽत्रैव भारतीयतायाः परिचयः अन्वेष्टुं शक्यते। साम्प्रतं विज्ञानप्रभावात् समस्ते जगति कुटुम्बायमाने संवृत्ते अस्या महीयस्या गिरः प्रचारः प्रसारश्च सुकरो विद्यते। समस्तं जगदधुना अशान्तमिव क्षुब्धमिव हिंसाद्वेषदग्धमिव दृश्यते। विषमसमयेऽस्मिन् देवगिरोऽस्याः प्रीति-मैत्री-रस-प्रसादः समेषामपेक्षितो वर्तते। कदाचिदस्याः सुधामयोपदेशेन विश्वजनमानसं शान्तिमानन्दं च लभतामित्युद्दिश्य आन्तर्जालमाध्यमेन सर्वत्रास्याः प्रचाराय प्रसाराय च संस्कृतवाङ्मयसारगर्भा जाह्नवीव जनमानस्तापहारिणी जाह्नवी नाम मासिकी पत्रिका प्रकाश्यमाना अस्ति। तत्र प्रकाशनाय संस्कृते राष्ट्रभाषायाम् आंग्लभाषायां वा आलेखान् प्रेषयितुं श्रीमन्तो विद्वांसः सादरमामन्त्रिता भवन्ति। सारस्वतेऽस्मिन् यज्ञे संस्कृतानुरागिणः संस्कृतमर्मविदश्च विद्वांसः सहर्षं सहयोगं प्रदाय पुण्यभाजो यशोभाजश्च भविष्यन्ति इत्येवमाशास्ते। वसन्ताङकात् प्रकाश्यमानीतेयं जाह्नवी सुचिरं सर्वत्र प्रवहन्ती सहृदयजनमानसे शान्तिं सुखं सन्तोषञ्च प्रयच्छतात्.
